保修条款 Warranty articles

有关保修期内SAUGO淑格商品的保修或置换，从购买之日起开始实施。

Within warranty period, SAUGO product can obtain warranty or be replaced counting from the purchasing date.

1.     保修期内的商品只参在SAUGO淑格指定的维修点进行保修，保修时请出示此保修证（保修证遗失后不再补发，请妥善保管。）

The product within warranty period only can be repaired at the designated repairing point of SAUGO, and the customer needs to show the warranty certificate ( if the warranty certificate is lost, we won’t offer the new one, please take care of your warranty certificate.)

2.     自购入之日起在以下期间内，在正常使用（非人为损坏）中发生故障的情况下进行保修。

During the following period (counting from the purchasing date), we will offer warranty for the faults in condition of normal operation ( no man-made damage).

15天——无条件退换货（不影响二次销售）

15 days –refund or replace the goods unconditionally ( it won’t influence on the sales for other customer).

1年——质量问题免费换新（附件除外）

One year – if it belongs to quality problem, we will replace the new one free ( except the accessory).

终生——一经购买，终生售后

Lifetime – We offer the lifetime service after purchasing.

3.     属下列情况之一者，在保修期内，需实行收费维修：

If it belongs to one of the following cases, we need charge fees to repair within the warranty period.

a.     未按商品使用说明书要求使用、保管而造成损坏的

It’s damaged because the user doesn’t use, store it in accordance with the manual.

b.     因不正确操作、外部电源不正常、破损（摔落等）而造万损坏的；

It’s damaged because of improper operation, abnormal outer power source, breaking (like falling etc).

c.      不经淑格认定维修点维修或拆动造成损坏的；

The user repairs or disassembles the product by itself (not through the designated repairing point of SAUGO), so the product is damaged.

d.不能出示本保修证的；The user can’t show the warranty certificate.

e.保修证上记录的信息与商品实物标识不符或涂改的；

The recorded information of warranty certificate isn’t consistent with the real product, or the recorded information is modified.

f.因不可抗力因素（如雷电、地震、火灾、水灾）造成损坏的；

It’s damaged because of force majeure ( such as thunder, earthquake , fire, flood).

4.此证仅在中国大陆境内有效。

The warranty certificate is only valid in China (continent).
